The first step in 3D printing is the desing. To do this you should setch and do a planning. In this case the thing is very simple:
To do this, sketch and planning firstly. It can be undestood in 4 steps which are:
1º Rectangle (50x14x2)
2º Cylinder (23x2)
3º Hole (5)
4º Text (5 heigth)
Finally dowload in STL format. This video shows how to do it
